林冬波，2009年在岭南师范学院获学士学位，2016年在重庆大学获博士学位(硕博连读)。2016年至2022年在深圳大学从事博士后研究工作。2022年至今，在广东海洋大学滨海农业学院从事教学和科研工作。

长期从事番茄及菠萝果实成熟与品质形成的调控机制研究，主要从小RNA表观遗传调控层面探究果实在生长发育、成熟衰老以及采后贮藏过程的转录后调控机制，为提高果实产量和改善果实品质提供理论依据。在Plant Biotechnology Journal、Physiologia Plantarum、Scientia Horticulturae、Postharvest Biology and Technology等学术期刊发表论文4 篇。主持1项中国博士后科学基金项目，参与多项国家自然科学基金项目。
