李国鹏，九三学社社员，滨海农业学院园艺系专任教师，主要从事热带果树品质生物学及采后保鲜相关研究。2012获浙江大学果树学博士学位，先后在云南省农业科学院热带亚热带经济作物研究所、中国热带农业科学院农产品加工研究所工作，并于2014-2016年赴以色列农业研究组织（ARO）进行博士后研究，先后在《Postharvest Biology and Technology》，《Industrial Crops and Products》，《Plant Breeding》，《Scientia Horticulturae》，《Journal of Horticultural Science & Biotechnology》，《园艺学报》及《果树学报》等国内外杂志发表学术论文20余篇。近年来独立主持广东省自然科学基金及湛江市科技局研究项目4项。
